The Apartments

We have two frontline apartments, both looking directly over the 14th green of the stunning Valle del Este Golf Course. Both apartments have two bathrooms with showers, are air conditioned and have fully fitted kitchens with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven & hob, and washing machine.

Both apartments are open plan and have large patio doors which lead out to the balcony / terrace and offer stunning views.

The 2 bedroom apartment is on the top floor of three and has a large balcony giving probably the best views on the entire course. The 14th green is directly in front of you, and the views are over the green and out across the back nine holes.

The 3 bedroom apartment is on the ground floor - however is still elevated above the course by about 30 feet and as such still benefits from fantastic views over the 14th green and over the back nine holes.

Both have two bathrooms. The main bathroom is the ensuite to the master bedroom and has a full size bath with shower over it. The second bathroom has a shower.

Both apartments have fitted wardrobes and so there is plenty of cupboard space.

There are air conditioning units in the lounge & both bedrooms.

The apartment is well furnished and you should not go wanting for much. There is an iron and ironing board, and large full length mirrors in the main bedrooms.

On the patio you will find sturdy furniture along with a parasol.

There is a communal pool shared by the apartments along with showers and toilets. Around the pool area you will find plenty of sun loungers.
